no, this isn't one simple trick on how to lose belly fat, its one trick to stabilize your gopro/other action cam/DSLR/Phone or whatever other camera without a gimbal or steadicam
Basically you have to hold the camera in your hand and against your face becuase your head is steady even when your hands aren't.
I've never heard this one, but I do like it. it definately seems better than having to stabilize it with deshaker or something else that takes forever to process.

lol, Okay, I'll give you 1 simple trick to get rid of belly fat. Work out and eat healthier, pretty simple (but oh damn hard in practice).

Again! You're saying the most obvious things that actually work in the long run, but aren't rewarding in the short term.
Where's that scandalous pooping technique that double maxes your metabolism?!
I am disappoint lol

sorry, but the old fashioned way of exercising and eating better is the most surefire way to lose weight :P
granted I haven't had a ton of luck with it because I don't stick with it long enough.

This is why I like wearing my gopro on my head.

You're right. Its not one thing you need to do for X months and you're fine.
A life-style change needs to be made to get on track and stay fit. I'm guilty of the same mistake.

From my understanding, you have to hold it with your hand so there are two places of contact on the camera, because someone asked that in the comments, and the response was that you had to be holding it with your hand, and just have against your head.

Or you could just make a string tripod. You stand on the string or tie it to something and pull against it, the tension keeps the camera steady. It'll fit right into your pocket afterwards, too!
